SHED ASSIGNMENT
The Shed Assignment was an introductory assignment to SketchUp. Students were given the option to design either a shed, doghouse, or tree house in SketchUp. The structure was to have windows and doors along with detailing to the roof and siding. The model was meant to be 3D printed, so students needed to run their model through Solid Inspector throughout modeling to avoid conflict with the 3D printer. The rubric for this assignment required the structure to be correctly scaled using industry standards, a detailed model that would be visually appealing when 3D printed, and no missing planes for the model to print correctly.

CHURCH PROJECT
The Church Project is an assignment where students are given a floor plan and elevation drawings for a church and told to model it digitally using both SketchUp and Lumion. Students are asked to not alter the square footage of the church. However, we were allowed to redesign the interior however we deemed fit. Assignments were broken down into phases starting with the floor plan, windows and doors, millwork, FF&E, and lastly the animation in Lumion.
Room Renders

Students were instructed to export images of at least three rooms which clearly showcase the design style of the church. Along with the renders, students were asked to include a animation of a walkthrough of the sanctuary and at least the three main rooms rendered.

HOUSE PROJECT
The House Project aimed to advance students' skills to manipulate and create 3D models using a variety of different software and programs. For this project specifically, the software being used was Revit. Students were instructed to create a 3D residential house design in Revit meeting the requirements of being at least 2 levels, at least 3 bedrooms (including the master), at least 2 bathrooms, a powder room, living room, kitchen, dining room, storage/closets, laundry room, garage, and a backyard space. Room measurements were to follow IBC guidelines. The model also needed to include doors and windows along with other structural elements.

This is the cover sheet of the project. An image of the 3D model is presented on the front along with an index of the page numbers for the following sheets.

Construction Sheets
For this assignment, students were instructed to set up sheets as a part of a set of construction documents using the house model created in Revit. Students were to include one coversheet with an index and project title, one floor plan with room labels, one elevation and longitudinal section of the house, and one axonometric view of the model.

Lumion Animation
Students were instructed to create a video of a "fly through" of the Revit model with showcased 3 main spaces. Students were also asked to include at least two renders and a panorama view from Lumion.
